Thirty-five years under the stone vaults
You go down a few steps and the street goes quiet behind the door. The cellar is stone, fully restored, and cheese has been served down here for more than thirty-five years, two minutes from Place Rossetti. The room is small. People come as a couple for a slow dinner, or as a table of friends around one caquelon.
