Cheese has been at the heart of the menu since 1987. The selection of aged cheeses comes with the homemade bread, at 16,50 €. It opens the meal or closes it, as you like: it appears twice on the menu, as a starter and as a dessert, at the same price.
The rest follows the same idea. Brie filled with porcini as a starter, baked Camembert with hazelnuts, tartiflette with Reblochon, the fondue of Comté Extra aged 18 to 23 months and Morbier, the raclette of Morbier over the flame. Everything is below, with the prices.
The house is a restaurant. Cheese is eaten here at the table, in the evening.
Opens at 7pm · Closed on Thursdays · no lunch service
On site we take cash or French cheque only. Online booking takes a €40 per seat card imprint as a guarantee: it is not a payment.

Natural naturels, chosen at the table
The bottles line the walls of the cellar and are chosen one by one. The pairing is decided when you order, depending on the board or the dish. A sheep's cheese and a white from the South do not call for the same thing as melted Morbier.
