Natural wines, advised at your table
The cellar works with natural wines. The pairing is decided at the table, alongside what you are eating: a twenty-month Comté and a vin jaune do not ask for the same thing as a raclette and an easy red.
The selection moves from one week to the next, with what arrives and what is left. That is why there is no fixed list on this page: it would be out of date before you read it. We advise in the room, bottle by bottle.
This week's selection is not published here yet. It will be as soon as it settles.
If you only want a glass
There is always something open by the glass, white and red. Ask what is open that evening.
Digestifs
Chartreuse, green or yellow, is what leaves the cellar most at the end of a meal. Beside it: génépi from the Chartreux Fathers, Roulot apricot, Williams pear, amaretto, limoncello, Bumbu rum and mint liqueur.
